The goal of many of the panelists is to provide services that empower the individual.
Consumer generated media will become an important input into the programming mix of any online media business. Everybody talks about content being king, but contact is equally important, providing the ability for users to connect with each other and their content. The combination of content, connecting and tools that make it all really easy will lead to an interesting next few years.
