Avian Flu: From Stuffy Nose to Pandemic

This show on the avian flu (H5N1 influenza virus) is the first in a series on pandemics & epidemics that we will be producing. It will air on the Healthy Living Channel on Monday, Jan. 22, 2007, and on Monday, Jan. 29, 2007, at 7:30 pm Eastern Standard Time. The Healthy Living Channel is available on DISH Network satellite TV and on Time Warner, Comcast, Cox and Bright House cable TV systems.   3. Has anyone bothered to see if there is a connection between the chickens that died all over China and Asia, and the Melamine that was put in their feed in lieu of real protein?

    Surely they have not. There is no money in exposing frauds. There is no money in exposing toxins as causing disease. But there is plenty of research grantage available in perpetuating fear, panic, and nonsense.
