  1. The bottom line doesn’t come to the end of the Q+A regrettably: There is no model for ROI for this stuff.

    Knowing that, then relisten to what Rubel is saying. From a business perspective, it is complete and utter crap. It’s not even good fiction. It’s just opinion wrapped around fake science. And you know what they say about opinions, they’re like assholes… everybody’s got one.
