Move over Ralph Nader, here I come. Of course the Panasonic HVX rocks. I believe it wholeheartedly. And so too do the DVX 100A and DVX 100B. And the consumer handy cams (we have those too). I bleed Panasonic silver (handy cams) and black (pro cameras).

However, I was recently frustrated by our service call. You would think that if the screen displays an error message, that the customer service team could translate that message (i.e. it means something) and solve the problem, not tell me they can’t recreate the problem, therefore there is nothing wrong with the camera.

Where is the Panasonic version of the horse whisperer, who can calm and caress my camera, talk to it, listen to it, and bring it back from the world of the mentally dysfunctional?

Hugs and kisses,
Peter
