About Marty Kahn
Marty Kahn is CEO of ProQuest, a company created in 2007 through the merger of two leading and historic information technology firms: ProQuest Information and Learning and CSA. Mr. Kahn brings more than 30 years of experience in the information industry to his role.
Prior to his appointment at ProQuest, Mr.Kahn was chairman of the board of directors of OneSource Information Services, Inc., a position he held from 1993 until 2004. OneSource is a leading provider of aggregated business and financial information to the business community. Mr. Kahn also served as chairman of the board of directors of Ovid Technologies, Inc., a leading aggregator of medical and scientific databases and full-text journal articles. He held that position from 1989 to 1998, maintaining an active involvement in all aspects of the company, including its financing, strategy, licensing, and sales and marketing programs.
Mr. Kahn also served as President of BRS Information Technologies; General Manager of the Health Professions Division of McGraw-Hill; and as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, of the W.B. Saunders Company.
