There’s Never Been A Better Time To Do A Start-up
During Advertising Week 2007, The Talent Business put together a lively and provocative panel discussion called “There’s Never Been A Better Time To Do A Start-up” with a line-up of people who have done it, funded it, created the culture for it and are making it happen.
Demonstrating how to foster entrepreneurialism and the start-up spirit in both big and small company environments are:
- Rob Dickson, Managing Director of MDC Partners
- Carl Johnson, Founder of Anomaly
- Esther Dyson, digital technology commentator
- Paul Woolmington, founding partner, Naked Communications
- Chris Fralic, partner, First Round Capital and venture capitalist
- Marc Mathieu, VP Global Brands, Coca-Cola
The panel is chaired by Cindy Gallop, chairman for the Americas at The Talent Business.
Alexandra Lerman is the founder of SMAC: ScribeMedia Arts and Culture. She is also a video artist and a documentary filmmaker.
