Just want to wish myself a happy birthday (33) and set the trajectory for my blogging ahead. This blog will focus on my life and times as I seek to invest in real estate to and develop large-scale master-planned, leisure-integrated luxury tourist resorts in Croatia and Montenegro.
Though the region needs such investments and products, the path from concept to market is not straight or easy. Real estate never is. Nor is anything in the Balkans. This blog will focus mainly on the work aspects of my time, but man cannot live on work alone. So there will be some non-work detail as well.
