Gear Review: Glyph Drives

Glyph was kind enough to send us a few drives to test and evaluate here at Scribemedia.org and test them we did.

I have to say, I am very happy with the GT062 1TB model that I have been using for about a month and a half now. I have it striped (RAID 1) and loaded with footage - and it does what I want it to do - which is just sit there and give me no problems, store my stuff, be quiet, and give me my stuff when I need it — so basically I want to forget it even exists. Success!

Unlike the other drive I have sitting on my desk (the loud book shaped terabyte drive in a silver container), the GT062 is quiet and peaceful. I hope you enjoy the piece.

  1. Hey Jonathan
Have you ever thought of acting in one of those 1800-LAWYER commercials? You know, you remind me so much of the short bald black guy who so convincingly says, “The light was green. He ran the red light. I suffered pain. I needed law!”

    Outstanding
