Microsoft gets another itch for Yahoo
They say that love is sweeter the second time around. Not that there was much love in Microsoft’s initial $44 billion bid for Yahoo, which Microsoft withdrew on May 3 after three months of trying to woo Yahoo. In any event, Microsoft has now revived its effort to acquire Yahoo, albeit in a more limited fashion. However, Microsoft is reserving the right to again bid for the whole enchilada. Yahoo’s response: Let’s talk.
