The network of Web sites has partnered with Cygnus Business Media — a traditional b-to-b media company that’s taking pains to transition to the Web (and is also in play) — to expand the reach of their audiences. Cygnus and Scripps’ HGTVPro.com will initially develop online programs featuring a supplement series from Cygnus’ Residential Design & Build magazine.
