What were they thinking? Winter was a dream come true for Starbucks. I think they’re new logo should be an ostrich with it’s head in the sand.
But how does a market-leading consumer brand deal with the landslide of in-mail that the web makes possible. That’s typically what scares clients away from social marketing or user-created content. Jaffe said “hire somebody”, but who?
Does anyone have an answer?
