Relive Every Moment of Friday’s Production Meeting

ok, i’ll admit i’m a little camera happy. Pure Digital Technologies just sent us two of their Flip Cameras to review - the Flip Ultra, complete with all the necessary accessories such as the underwater case, and the super sleek Flip Mino.

let this extremely boring video serve as exhibit A of just how easy it is to shoot, pull to your computer, and upload every moment of your day for the world to, well, not watch.

we will put these cameras through a workout, including under water at the beach this weekend, but for now, you’ll all have to live with friday’s production meeting, or at least the part i walked in on, and my 10 minute friday meeting with garry to talk about the new flex pay media player he is building.

  2. Sorry to be a party pooper, but I must say that my little mighty sony dsc-w80 makes videos that stay in focus unlike the above footage (when zoomed in) and takes gorgeous 8mb pictures, so I’d rather use that then Flip. It also magically adjusts its sound recording, so when I (totally illegaly) filmed Gogol Bodello’s New Years concert (http://youtube.com/watch?v=p7p9MX3pDEY) you can actually hear the melody of the gypsy punk band!!! I propose to film the next production meeting with both cameras and compare… And I love my military hat

  3. Thanks for the flattering screen grab, Peter. I think my expression really indicates that people should definitely watch this exciting video. And yeah, the Flip unfortunately can’t pick up my mumbled and garbled speech well enough to effectively relay my passionate vim. Good thing too, otherwise the conniving netizens of our digital playspace would bite my rhymes.
