We thought the file-sharing saga between Comcast and BitTorrent was resolved earlier this year when the two sides reached an agreement about attempts by BitTorrent users to trade high-bandwidth files on Comcast’s network. Apparently not. The Federal Communications Commission this week is planning to vote on whether Comcast blocked or throttled Internet traffic. Comcast has consistently denied the allegations and says it only slowed Web traffic to manage networks during peak hours.
