Acting Lessons are now just a Click Away
“Know your lines and don’t bump into the furniture.” That was the advice legendary actor Spencer Tracy had for aspiring actors. Nielsen Business Media’s Backstage.com and VideoJug.com are betting that in a Web 2.0 world that’s not enough. They’ve joined forces to create “how to” video content for actors. Financial terms were not disclosed. Under the agreement, each Web site will distribute each other’s videos; both sites will launch video channels with appropriate content for people who like to pretend to be other people. VideoJug.com features a potpourri of “how-to” videos.
