TechWeb acquires Pyramid Research for $8 million
TechWeb, one of four divisions of U.K.-based United Business Media, is expanding its reach into the $900 billion telecom market. TechWeb’s Light Reading Communications Network has acquired Pyramid Research, which analyzes and forecasts demand for communications and media services, for $8 million. Pyramid will be integrated with Heavy Reading, the market research arm of the Light Reading Communications Network
