Media giant WPP apparently isn’t too preoccupied with its efforts to acquire media research company Taylor Nelson Sofres. WPP Digital, the digital investment arm of WPP, on Thursday said it was launching Deliver, a global digital production unit. Deliver will leverage WPP’s existing production capabilities in Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America and South Africa. Neal Prescott, formerly Global Head of Technology Enablement at Digitas, has been named CEO of Deliver.
