The FCC-Comcast saga is taking on a life of its own. In a surprise to no one, Comcast has appealed the FCC’s ruling on its web-sharing practices and sparks are flying over whether the ruling is even enforceable. The FCC recently ordered Comcast to stop blocking and delaying Web traffic and to publicly disclose its traffic-management policies. The FCC ruling bypassed a previous agreement between Comcast and file-sharing company BitTorrent to try to reach a solution to peer-to-peer sharing online sans government interference.
