Projections of Internet use are all over the map. eMarketer now estimates that 63.4% of the U.S. population uses the Web at least once per month, and that nearly seven out of 10 Americans will do so by 2013. But that percentage doesn’t jibe with estimates this year from several other companies, including Nielsen Online (164 million Internet users) and J.P. Morgan (217 million Internet users).
