So Long and Thanks for the Print
The Christian Science Monitor announced today that its days as a print publication are over. The small but influential paper says that shedding print and moving exclusively to the Web will allow it to maintain its foreign bureaus while still cutting costs. “Everybody’s talking about new models,” says John Yemma, the Monitor’s Editor. “This is a new model.”
