I filmed some dragonflies in the yard with a Sony EX1, which is an HD camera. I was wishing the whole time that I had a depth of field adapter with me such as the Letus Ultimate or Redrockmicro M3 so I could put on a macro lens such as the Canon EF 180mm f/3.5L Macro USM to get super high quality close ups of the dragonfly faces.
But alas, I didn’t have one with me.
I played with Red Giant Looks and Colorista for the color effects in the video.
I made the music at 5am this morning with Ableton Live, my guitar and a midi keyboard.
The song is called, “Dragonflies Are People Too”.
