  • The Great ESPN.com Browser Crash

    via Peter's Beard

I’m not sure if anyone else who regularly reads ESPN.com has the same issues, but every day the site crashes my browser, whether I’m using Safari or Camino. I’ll have a bunch of tabs open, one of them on ESPN.com, click on a story, and….crash.

  • Extreme Right and Left

    via Peter's Beard

Listening to Rush Limbaugh or Bill O’Reilly makes me sick to my stomach. Listening to Keith Olberman, while not as bad (he doesn’t yell and scream and shout down people with opposing views), still makes me shake my head. Realizing that many Americans take talk show hosts extreme right and left rants as gospel makes me sad and frustrated.

  • Adventures in Suburban Wildlife, Part Deux

The exterminator called me into the basement today. Evidently, while they take care of mice and bugs, they don’t handle snakes. And there was one in the basement.
