TS Kelly sits in a unique position within the advertising ecosystem. He consults with publishers, advertisers and agencies, and can therefore see the market from each perspective.

So I asked him a simple question, “If you could get a big brand marketer, a big publisher, and an agency boss in a room together, what do they need to be talking about, or what issues do they need to resolve, in order for the marketer to start to allocate more of her budget to digital?”
